WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We offer many different payment methods dependent on which country you are shipping to, these will be presented on the payment page in the checkout. For orders being shipped to the UK you can pay using all the major credit and debit cards.

CAN I PAY WITH A GIFT CARD/CERTIFICATE?

Unfortunately we do not offer gift cards or certificates on our online store.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can contact us to cancel the products that have not been shipped. Any order that is  processed and shipped can be returned using regular return portal. Visit our returns page for more information.

IS YOUR CHECKOUT AND WEBSITE SECURE?

Yes. We continually make sure all of your details and payments are kept secure.

WHY HAS MY PAYMENT FAILED?

This may be due to a fault with your bank account or bank. First, please check with your bank to make sure there is no fault on their side. If there are no problems there, please contact our dedicated customer services team who will be happy to help you.

WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE TAKEN?

If you have paid with card, your payment will be taken after your order is processed.
